Correction in Condition 16 of Chapter I A - Livestock and Livestock products
|
S.O. (E)- In exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby amends the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-2009 as under:
1. The condition No.16 of Chapter IA (General Notes to Import Policy) as amended by Notification No.19(RE-2005)/2004-09 dated 11.8.2005, the Sl.No.(vi) may be corrected to read as "live pig and pig meat products" instead of "five pig and pig meat products".
This issues in Public Interest.
